Yum, I hear those are popular at the "wet markets" in Wuhan
I tried chicken feet one time as part of a Dim Sum. Gawd awful. And as chicken hygiene practices are not quite up to snuff, even deep fried, why would yo want to eat a body part that steps in that all the time.rbj
At a Chinese buffet I once dug into the duck and found I was holding the piece by the beak. Obviously the experience has wounded me.
