Looks a lot like old Doonesbury cartoons from back in the days when a beleaguered Republican president was on extreme defense. Was that Nixon or Reagan? Funny how leftwing cartoonists (among others) are such great prophets -- with the minor flaw that their protagonists suffer from reverse-political-polarity.
